Limited Capacity seats available

Cross-sector collaboration is a well-known best-practice for planning and building our cities in a sustainable, equitable way. That said, there are significant challenges in aligning the interests of real estate developers, city government, and residents. How can we make the planning process more collaborative, transparent, and effective to create win-win-win outcomes for all stakeholders? This workshop will examine the application of human-centered design principles to city planning, and present innovative legal and financing instruments (ex. Green Benefit District, Community Benefit Agreements) to help stakeholders co-create healthy, vibrant, and resilient cities.
